I run for Hospices of Hope at L.A. Marathon
Costinela Dragan Fundația HOSPICE Casa Speranței
HOSPICE is a cause very near and dear to my heart; I have been supporting them in the past years at personal and corporate levels (fundraising, and through employee engagement, grant-making programs). We share common values, and I fully believe in their mission and trust their endeavors. I look forward to making a contribution to their noble efforts by offering more moments of quality life and dignity to patients in palliative care.
HOSPICE stands out for its visionary leadership and extensive care for those in need. It has developed tremendously as an organization due to its inspiring people, and the project from Adunatii Copaceni is an example of sustainable approach and integrated healthcare services offered to patients and their families. I had the opportunity to visit the location and contribute (through a grant offered by the company I work for) to the implementation of an ecological water treatment plant. I feel humbled and privileged to be able to continue to offer my support, to fundraise for the cause, and, at the same time – challenged to run again the LA Marathon (previously done so in 2016), carrying in my heart the hopes of HOSPICE patients.
If you too love a good challenge, why not pick up one that will benefit the children with life threatening conditions? Every bit helps and I am grateful for any donation you can make.
Thank you!
